Abstract:
Blood samples were collected from a totol of (200) lambs. Of these animals (154) lambs were suffering fromThe diseased lambs were divided into six groups:locomotor disturbances and the remaining (46) animals wereused as a control group.These lambs were selected from different localities included Faculty of veterinary medicine in Zagazig7 Dakahlia province and Dumyat province including El-serw farm forsheep.Group I: included (23) animals and diagnosed as rickets.Group 11: included (50) lambs and diagnosed as nutritionalmuscular dystrophy (NMD).Group Ill: included (6) lambs and diagnosed as sway back.Group IV: included (25) animals and diagnosed as ovine foot rot.Group V: included (25) lambs and diagnosed as arthritis.Group VI: included (25) animals and diagnosed as fracture.The present study carried out to investigate:1- The cause of different disease:* Rickets: phosphorus deficiency was showed as a principle
