Effect of Some Antischistosomal Drugs on The Liver Function In Normal and Schistosomal Infected Mice

Bilharziasis chemotherapy is one of essential methods for controling the disease beside healthy education and snail control. In this investigation, three drugs were used, praziquantel, anthiomaline and fasinex which used inthis field for the first time.The obtained results denoting that p r az i.q ua n t e I was the best antischistosomal drug. It was reduced the worm load by 97.65% and 99.73% at one and four weeks post-treatment.
