Abstract:
The present study is carried out on 96healthy pregnant Egyptian buffaloes at the three trimesters of gestation to determine the biochemical changes of lactate dehydrogenase enzyme, creatine kinase enzyme, caeruloplasminenzyme, total proteins, albumin, globulin albumin/globulin ratio iron , total capacity, sodium and potassium inallantoic fluids. iron bindingamniotic and LACTATE DEHYDROGENASEI n buffaloes foeta 1 fluids, lactate dehydrogenase activity showed significant increasewi th the progress of gestation in amniotic and allantoic fluids.CREATINE KINASE In both foetal fluids the creatine kinase activity s hov significant fluctuation during thegestation periods.
