Animal vaccination is the most important control measurement in Egypt and endemic areas. The attenuated and inactivated RVF vaccines were used.In the present work we studied the effect of the two vaccines on, humeral immune response by SNT, ELISA, CF and HI tests, hemogram, liver and kidney function and proteinogram.10 sheep were used in the experiment and divided into two main groups, each of 5 animals. The first group was vaccinated with attenuated R VF vaccine at a dose of 1 rnl/animal injected sic and blood sample were collected before vaccination as control sample and I S\ 2nd, 3rd days and 1 S\2nd 3rd 4th k ..,wee s post vaccination. The second group was vaccinated with inactivated RVF vaccine with the same above dose and blood samples were collected in thesame periods as attenuated R VF vaccine. The clinical signs appeared as elevation of body temperature at the3rd day post vaccination in sheep vaccinated with attenuated R VFvaccine, while in case of inactivated RVF vaccine bodytemperature was within the normal.Humoral immune response showed increase in antibodies titer at 1 stweek post vaccination by SNT, ELlSA, and HI tests, while titer at
