Some toxiclogical studies on contaminated breast milk by aflatoxins

Several epidemiological studies have shown a positive associationbetween dietary exposure to aflatoxin and an increased incidence ofprimaryhepatocellularcarcinoma.Onearea in which littleinformation is availAble is the exposure of newborne children toaflatoxins in human breast milk.the external ear.Eight specimens were dissected carefully, five of them were used forinvestigating the auricular cartilages, origin and insertion of the auricularmuscles and three specimens for studying the origin, course, and distribution ofthe nerves supplying the external ear. Photographs and schematic drawings forthe auricular cartilages, muscles, blood and nerve supply of the external earwere plotted.The gross anatomical studies of the middle ear were carried out on 15isolated specimens of camels’ ears.
