Incidence of teeth affections in Equines: The findings revealed the existence of many congenitalanomalies as well as numerous ~cquired affections; A total number of 315 animals (l5~8%) of theexamined cases were seen affected. The incidenceof the congenital anomalies was 15~6% whereas thatof the acquired affections was 84.4%;Among the developmental abnormalities:,Rotation of rostral teeth (28.6%), retentionof temporary teeth with permanent tooth eruption(6.1%), dental diastasis (22.5%), oligodontia (8.2%),polyodontia (10~2%), brachygnathism (12.2%), progna-thism (12~2%) were encountered~
