Abstract:
This work was employed to investigate the relationship between thepathogenic microbial agents which isolated from the naturally infected fish and the health of ducklings, in the integrating farm system. This investigation was carried out on naturally infected and healthy cultured fish as well as on one-day old and 21-da2- The pathogenicity of some selected strains (Aeromonas hyDROPhila,Edwardsiella tarda and Pseudomonas jluorescens) were used for experimental infection in fish species (Tilapia, common carp and Nile catfish).3- One hundred healthy Tilapia, 50 healthy common carp and 30 healthyNile catfish were examined bacteriologically, and the bacterial isolates ere identified.4- Pathogenicity of some selected strains which isolated from healthy fish (Aeromonas hyDROPhila and Edwardsiella tarda) showed that theorganisms were a pathogenic to Tilapia, common carp and Nile catfish.5- Experimental infection with pathogenic microorganisms which isolated from naturally infected fish were done on one-day old ducklings and 21-day old ducklings. The clinical symptoms and P.M. lesions wererecorded, also samples from affected organs were taken forhistopathological examination.
