Abstract:
The anima I resources are cons idered one of the most fundamentals in composing the Egyptian nationalincome. It is greatly obvious that, cattle and buffaloes are the main part of animal resources. as they give abundant of dairy products. meat and leather. Because of thediseases which nowadays affect such animals are causes behind the decrease of their productivity.is now tending to take this resource into wnsideration. It is noteworthy here that. the dominantproblem facing this resource. both in Egypt and elsewhereafter improving genetic breedings are nutritional affecting calcium. phosphorus and magnesium~tabolism particularly. parturient paresis (hypocalcaemia).hypophosphataemia and hypomagnesaemi c tetany in both cat tIeand Egyptian buffaloes.The present study included collecting blood samplestotal of 137 f erna l e cattle. buffaloes and buffaloeOf these animals. (107) were suffered from problems resulted from disturbances in calcium,jhosphorus and magnesium metabolism and the remaining (30)I mi~l were clinically healthy and used as control group.
