Abstract:
Within the limits of the present study, trails for isolation andidentification the most important specific fish pathogens were performed. Aeromonas hvDROPhila and Aspergillus flavus were chosen as they are responsible of serious bacterial and fungal syndrcollected from different localities.The highest incidence of Aeromonas hvDROPhila was from the intestine (25.38%) followed by gall bladder (17.8~•~) , kidney (l3~/o), liver (12.3<?/o) , l~art (7.68~/o) and skin and gills (6.15%. each) and spleen (3.8%). Regarding Aspergillus flavus the highOne of the isolated virulent strains of Aeromonas hvDROPhila and Aspergillus flavus were chosen for vaccine production using different methods of preparation. Evaluation of the prepared vaccines was based on the following parameters:1- cellular immune response expressed by differential leucocyte count and lymphocvtc blastogensis.2- The humoral immune response as assessed by
