Abstract:

It used in many cases such as reduction of blood pressure during the spinal anesthesia, mydriatics, bronchodilators, reduction of motility and tone of intestive. Epilepsy is a problem facing many persons and cause trhyperbilirubinemia in neonatal jaundiceOne hundred and twenty female adult healthy albino rats were usedin our experimental work. rates were divided into four equal groups, eachgroup consists of 30 rats and the fourth group represent the controlgroup. The first group was taken 60 mg ephedrine I rat I day intragastric bystomach tube. The second group was taken 120 mg Phenobarbitone I rat; dayintragastric by stomach tube.The third group was taken combination of60 mg ephedrine + 120mg phenobarbitone I rat I day intragastric by stomach tube.Ten rats sacrified from each group on 2, 4, 6 weeks.
