Effect of The Antimicrobial ”Enrofloxacin” on The Autonomic Nervous Transmission

Abstract:
A destorted autonomic function could play a far-reaching role as a rubstantial background for and sensor to various body disorders. Enamated from this conceit, the present study was thought up to get to the bottom of the possible effect(s) of enrofloxacinEnrofloxacin blocked, in a dose related manner, the twitch responses the innervated rabbit jujenumperivascularly stimulated with 0.5 m sec. uion, 10 mv and 40 Hz. Enrofloxacin; 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 mg/ml induced a significant the control responses;’enum to exogenous adrenaline referring to the presence of a postsynaptic~Rat anococcygeus muscle:Enrofloxacin depressed, in dose depended way, the twitch responsesfield stimulated anococcygeus muscle preparation. After 30 minutes, enrofloxacin; 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 mg/ml \4.78%±1.39, 37.28%±O.73, 53.97%±1.25, 76.39%±2.06 andi53%±2.17 decrease respectively in the control responses.
