Abstract:
This work was directed to flash some light for methods that may helpin diagnosis of tuberculosis in camels and guinea pigs. The work is dividedinto 3 parts: Part 1: Comparison between single intradermal and single comparative intradermal tuberculin tests in relation to ELISA in T.B clinicallysuspected camels: One hundred emaciated dromedary T.B suspected male camels were chosen for this study. The chosen camels were subjected to single and single comparative intradermal tuberculin tests at the same time and theirsera which collected before application of tuberculin test were alsosubjected to ELISA technique. The single intradermal proved to be unsuitable for camels testing as high percent of positive 30% and doubtful 11 % was recorded although only two camels were positive in single comparative intradrmal tuberculin test and 3 we
