Abstract:
One hundred and eighty experimental animals and birds, including equal numbers of Habard chickens(gp. 1), Balady rabbits (gp. 2) and Albino mice (gp. J) of both sex, in the age of 1, 30 and 21 days respectively, were used in the present work. Each~oup of the experimental animals and birds was divided into 4 equal subgroups (15).Ten of eachsubgroup of the experimental animals and birds were infectedintraperitoneally by E.coli a particular strain for each species. Five of each subgroup of the experimental animals and birds were used as control. The clinical signs, macroscopical and microscopCHICKENSClinically, diarrhea, depression, rales and dyspnea were seenMacroscopically, the intestine, liver, heart,lungs, kidneys, brain and spleen were congested.exudate in the pericardial sac, dullcovering the liver and thickenedsceral pleura were also detected.
