Some laboratoty Studies on infertile and sterile Farm Animals

: In this work,a total number of 477 native cattle (82 hei-rs and 395 Cows), and 545 buffaloes (99 heifers and 446 Cows).presen t i ve st at us as well as some reproduct i ve d Lao r-d ery wereinically and laboratory investigated. The animals were cli-cal1y normal, free from external and internal parasites,T.B or brucella.The age of these animals varied between % - 12 years old •. e study was done in the Dakahlia Province private farms.cording to the reproductive status}the investigated animals re grouped in the following groups:-1- The pre-pubertal stage.2- The post-pubertal stages (both follicular and luteal.phases).J- The pregnant-Cows at early, mid-and late pregnancy.4- Cows in early (1-10 days) and late (10-20 days) pue-rperium.Some reproductive disorders, which included:-a- Cases of inactive ovaries.b- Cases of persistent CL.c- Cases of silent heat.d-Cases of cystic ovaries .e- Cases of uterine infections (chronic endometritis and pyometra ).
