Abstract:
The nodules consisted of degenerated neutrophils, lymphocyte , andmacrophages followd by fibrous tissue capsule. Other nodule, wererepresented by central caseation followed by aggregation of neutrophils,lymphocytes, macrophages, plasma cell and fibrous tissue. In some caseperivascular, peritubular and periglomerular aggregation of Iymphocytsand macrophages,In chronic pyelitis the renal medula and pelvis were pall’ in colorand firm in consistency. Microscopically, leukocytic infiltration mainlylymphocytes and macrophages with fibrous tissue proliferation were seenin the renal pelvis.Some kidneys had hemorrhagic spots in the cortex and medulla.Microscopically. subcapsular and intertubular haemorrhages were seen.The renal tubule, showed degenerative changes.Thrombosis and infarcts had been also seen where the kidneysshowed raised triangular reddish areas and greyish white depressed one.Microscopically, recent thrombosis was detected in renal blood vesselsRed infarcts and pale infarcts separated from the surrounding tissue byline of demarcation were seen.Nephrosis was also detected where the kidneys were large pale andsoft in consistency. Microscopically, cloudy swelling vacu olar andhyDROPic degeneration in addition to hyaline castes were seen,Acute cystitis had been observed where the bladders showedcongested mucosa, Microscopically, desquamation of the liningepithelium? congested mucosal blood vessels and few lympnocvu
