The Effect Of Various Amounts Of Dietary Fat On The Development Of Different Tumors In Rats

Our study performed on experimental animals (albino rats) for studying the relationship between the amount of dietary fat and the total caloric intak and the development of different types of the neoplasm. So we studied the effect of the amount of fat, anamount of fat with the increase in the total calori intak from one sideand with carcinogenic material from the other side. The total animal used to this experiment were one hunderatand eighty albino rats divided as following: Group 1: The animals were receiving 5% corn oil diet (controlgroup ). Group Jl: The animals were receiving 5% corn oil diet with DMBAadministration. Group HI : The animals were receiving 20% corn oil diet withmoderate high calori. Group IV : The animals were receiving 20% corn oil diet with moderate high calori and DMBA administration. Group V: The animals were receiving 20% corn oil diet with high calori. Group VI: The animals were receiving 20% corn oil dietcalori and DMBA administartion.
