• ملخص البحث : تم علاج 21 طفلا (28 مفصل فخذ) ممن تم تشخيص الخلع الخلقي بمفصل الفخذ في مرحلة متأخرة و تم علاجهم بالعملية الجراحية ذات المرحلة الواحدة و التي تشتمل على تصليح مفتوح للمفصل و رتق لمحفظة المفصل و قطوع عظمي بأعلى عظمة الفخذ لتقص
