Abstract:
l- Work was carried on 12 heads of adult cne-shumped camels (Camelus dromederius) brought from Cairoand Zagazig s12ushter houses.2- The heads were preserved in the usual way using formaline, phenol end glycerine mixture in 10,4 and 2 % re~pectivcly.3- Two of the heads war-e skinned freshly and treated by 10 % glacial acetic acid in order to revealthe small superficial nerves.4- illl the specimens vrer e carefully dissected using a magnifying lens.5- The origin, course and distribution of the trigem- inal nerve were recorded6- The results were disCUBsed Yli th other investigatorson the camel and other domestic animals7- The nomenclature u.sed was E1,dopted after the lateBtN.A.V.
