Some studies on the diagnosis of tuberculosis in buffaloes in sharkia province

In this work allergic tuberoulin tests for the det- ection of tuberculosis among oattle ( buffaloes & OOWS )in S1+a.rkia. Governorate was oarried out. The animals subject.ed to the study in this work wereof three groups, Group (A) consists of 218 buffaloes and 43 oows. Group CB) oonsistsof 275 buffaloes & 93 oows.GrtJ~JP (c) consists of 270 buffaloes & 235 cows • Two gr- O’..lj)J (A) & CB) were animals belonged to individual farmers and -’jl:.8 third group (a.) was anima.ls of Governmental farm.o~ applying the single intraderma.l test on the ani- mals of group (A) which consists of 218 buffaloes & 43cows p~eaented to tbe V~er~ Clinic of the Faculty of Vete:einary Medicine, Zagazig University, s11.ff’ering fromdifferent disease problems, no reactors were prGs~n~ be- tween the cows but six buffaloes reacted positively rep-esenting 2.75% & one buffaloe gave a doubtful reaction. When.retesting of the positive oases & the doubtf~l on2by the single comparative test after 2 months all the 7 C~9QS rea~ted pos~tive~y gi~ng an incidence of Ju2% •The latter test had been also tried on the remaining pc- si.tive buffaloes from the seven positive cases (three ea- ses)after 8 month~ & all the three were also reactors.Group (B) consists of 275 buffaloes & 93 cows belonged
