Abstract:
The clenrance of amnicillin and furazolidone wereestimated in 12 dairy goats. Six goats were injeoted int-ravenoualy with a single therapeutic dose (5 me/kg bodyweight) of ampicillin, while the other 6 goats were givenfurazolidone orally in a sinele dose (12 mg/kg body weight).Samples of blood were collected just before and 5,I5,30 mln-utes,I,2,3,4,6,8,I2 and 24 hour-s p oat administration. Urineand milk n8.mrles were collected just before and 15,30 minutes and I,2,3,4,6,8,I2 and 24 hoursost administration.
