Abstract:
In this study trials to find the ”pure immunological role of BCG” as a reliable article in the feild of thenon specific immunity were made against Toxoplasma and Trichinella infection in mice.considerable success, in the feilds of the immunobacteriology, immunoparasi-tology and for cancer treatment and prevention. In the present study, the experimental animals (mice), were divided into groups, each group was sub-dTvided to two subgroups, of vaccinated (experimental) and normal, non vaccinated (control). Each mouse fromthe experimental subgroups was vaccinated with 2 x 107 clones of BCG intravenously (through the tail vein).~very experimental subgroup was challenged with its particular parasite (Toxoplasma or Trichinella), togethercontrol group at previously determinated time.of challenge, post vaccination, was variable forgroup of animals. It was one week, two weeks, weeks, one month and two months post vaccination.
