This study aims to detect the presence of camel meat as well as non meat proteins 1n meat products in Egypt byserological means Soybean was chosen as a model for non meat proteinas it is widely used as binders or meat extenders. 30 healthy rabbits and one year old sheep were immunizedto produce the different anti-camel muscles lraw and heatedat 700C for 30 min.) and anti-soybean (raw, heated at 70°Cfor 30 min. and heated at 100°C for 30 min.) sera used in this investigation •Anti-raw camel muscles sera shows an end titer of 1:8000 - 1:32000 in tube ring method and 1:4000 - 1;16000in the agar gel diffusion method against the veronal extract of raw camel musclesAnti-camel muscles heated at 70°C for 30 minutes serashowed unsatisfactory results evoked additional immunization of sheep after two trials in rabbits to produce the needed antiserum by immunization with small doses (34 mg protein)in urea 6 M extract of camel muscles heated at 70°C for 30 minutes and by immunization with saline extract of camel muscles heated at 60°C for 30 minutes in the second trial.Obtained anti-camel muscles heated at 700C for 30 min.
