Some studies on chickens vaccinated with newcastle disese vaccines

Abstract:
Maternal antibodies against Newcastel disease virus in baby chickswere tested at 1, 7, 15 and 21 days of age, it’s percentage were 83.3%,66.6%, 33.3% and 16.6% respectively. On the other hand the GM-HI antibody titers and NAT after vaccination with HBIND vaccine at 15th and 21 st of age were higher than vaccination at one and 7th days age. 1- Chicks vaccinated at 1 day old with HB 1 vaccinday old with LaSota vaccine, the GM-HI antibody titers and NAT ranged from (57-130), (3.6-6.4) respectively and the protection percent (88%-1000/0).3- Chicks vaccinted at 7 days old with HB 1 vaccine and revaccinated at 21days old with HBl the GM-HI antibody titers and NAT ranged from(33-65), (3.6-5.6) respectively and the protection percent (66%-80%).4- Chicks vaccinated at 7 days old with Hlsj-vaccine and revaccinated at21 days old with La Sota ND vaccine, the GM-HI antibody titers andNAT ranged from (57-160), (6.0-7.2) respectively and the protectionpercent was’ 100%.
