Pharmacological Properties of Solanum Abutiloides Aqueous Extract With Special Reference To Its Effect on Fertility

The aim of the present study was conducted to investigate some pharmacological properties of the aqueous extract of Solanum abutiloides ,(Solanaceae) grown in Egypt on isolatedsmooth muscles , cardiac muscles preparation and intact animals to investigate its effect on blood pressure and ECG fertility, eNS and AST and.Al/Llevclsin .rats serum.The obtained results are summarized as follows: Effect on smooth muscles:Solanum abutiloides aqueous extract revealed a dose dependent inhibitory effect on intestinal motility of isolated rabbit duodenum. It also produced a dose dependent inhibitoryeffect on the force and frequency of uterine contraction of isJated oestrus rat uterus and relaxation of Guinea pigs tracheal smooth muscles.Cardio vascular effect:
