Vasculogenesis of skin of the camel

This investigation was carried out on 67camel foetuses ranging length.from 44•-830 m.m. CVR lengthThe foetuses from 44-130 m.m. CVRwere proceeded histologically and a semi-serialparaffin sections were stained with haematoxyline and ecsin stains.The’ foetuses from 140 - 830 m.m CVR length were perfused by warm normalfol!owed by a mixture of indianserum 1 :1.saline solution ink and bovineThe skin specimens were taken from the flank region as well as the whole external ear. Thesespecimens were proceeded for the horzonital andvertical examination under a binocular dissecting microscope which gave a steroscopic picture for the vascular bed. which was visualized by itslumenal content.-,
