Incidence of mastitis in a village of shakira province and its treatment

An attempt has been made to find out the incidence of mastitis in 8aft El-henna village of Sharkia Provinpe.Milk samples were collected from 250 lactating cows buffaloes (110 and 140 respectively) to determine the incidence of clinical and subclinical masWhile in buffuloes it was 7.3 % and 25 %. The incidence of mastitis was found to be incre3sed with age, stagelactation and lactation number., By applying the three available field diagnostic tests for the detectionn ctr of subclinical . mastitic cases and (77 %) in subclinical cases, followed by staphylococcus aureus Which repressnts 16.3 % of subclinical ~ases,
