Environmental pathogens isolated from calf premises in relation to gastro-intestinal diseases

This work was carried out on 120 apparently healthy and scouring calves and 50 dams and their environment for detection of microbial agents that may be the cause of gastro- intestinal diseases in claves and their occurrence and distri- bution in the sugood mangement of calves in farm 1 as well as careful supervision of the calf health by veterinarians. .twas noticed also in farm 11 that the percentage of disease was decreasing by increase in age.
