Studies on The Immunological Response of Bursectomized Fowls To Different Avian Pox Vaccines

1- Vaccination of one-day or one-week-01d bursectomized chicks against fowl pox revealed a delay and low levelsof meutra1izing antibody response and no proteotion against subsequent challenge. 2- Vaccination of two-week-old bursectomized chicks againstfowl pox revealed insmgnificantly low levels of neutral- izing antibody response and partially protection (~.9%) against subsequent challenge.3- Vaccination of 3, 4 and 5 week-old bursectomized chicks against fowl pox revealed in significantly low levels ofneutralizing antibody response and complete protection (100) against subsequent challenge..
