The Effect Of Some Chemicals On The Infectivity, Antigenicity & immunogenicity of African horse Sickness Virus

In the field of African horsesickness disease virus inactivation and trieLls for production of Lna c t Lve te d killed virus vaccine with adjuvant, the ’effect of two differentchemi~al inactivators designated formaldehyde and acetyl- ethylene imine (AEI) on the infectivity, antigenicity and immunogenicity of AHS type 9 (S2) virus has been studied.
