Abstract:
In the present study, semen ejaculated from 4 mati.ze iesian bulls were used to investigate the effect of addition PGF or with concentration of 50, 100, 150, 200 and ,D niog/mi of each on some aspects of sperme.tozoai activit, bull semen. The comparison bFructose consuiuption after 1, 3 and 6 hours incubationLt 37°C was. not significantly affected by the different oncentrations of either K?rS.Individual moi1ity percent of the bull spermatozoa kept Lt 37°C for 6 Lus did not significantly.’-vary by addition of :ifferent concentrations of PGF or E1.2Percentage of alive speriatozoa was not affected by the idition of different concentrations of PGF2. Although, addition o± PG on the bull semen lacked .iificane, yet they tended to decrease the percentageof alive spermatozo&ecially after 6 hours ineubation, values of 53.75, 52.72, 51.95, 4B.85 and 447 were calculated for the 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 oncentrations respectively.
