Abstract:
In the present investigation 296 bacterial isolates out of 1000 nonfertile eggs and dead inshell chicken embryos were obtained.These isolates were subjected to morpholojical, bio- chemical and serolojical identification and weredifferentiated into Proteus vulgaris, E.coli, Pseudo- monas aeruginosa” Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella species,and Salmonella species in the following decreasing manner, 117, 59, 51, 35, 23, and 8 respectively.]I • .2.£!! strains were serologically belor.ging to the following serogroups, 078:K80 (B-), 0128:K67 (B12), Ol19:K69 (B14), and 055:K59 (B5) in the foll-owing percentages 32.7, 6.8, 5.1 and 3~4 respectively.However, 11.8 percent of the isolated E.coli strainswere unagglutinable.The isolated Salmonella strains proved sarologically to include palmonella gllinarum pul19r~, Salmonellatyphimuri§.almonella ~ona, Salmonella ~nteritidis,Salmonell~.. ~tanly and Sall1!.o.!];ella sneftenberE,in thefollowing rates: 2,2,1,1,1 and 1 respectively.Experimental subcutaneous inoculation of pseudomonas aeruginosa
