Abstract:
Investigations were carried out’ to reveal at what stepduring preparation of Newcastle vaccine the bacteric lcsical contamination may occur.This work proved that the contamination of the discarded harvest-amino-allantoic fluid taken frominfected eggs after incubation) during its preparation was due toseveral rao tor-e (I This was done by comparing the isolatesfrom all possible sources that may introduce contaminantsto the he.rvest , with similar strains isolated, from the discarded harvest1) The isolated organisms in experiIr,lent 1 from egg shellwere Anthracoids, (B. cereus 11.4%, B. coagulanse 8.6%, B.subtilis 6.8%, and B. pumils 4.6%) and Micrococci, Staph.epidermidis 11.2%, Micrococcus roseus 4.2% and Micro. lutus3.2% of samples respectively, excit as saprophytes in nature,2) We can classify the isolated organisms from egg in-terior into:- Salmonellae and S. pullorum which were present in 0.4%respectively,0.4% of examined samples may reachinterior of the egg via infected hens.
