Abstract:
This investigation had been carried out to study the frequancy of reisolation of sal.gallinarum pullarum fromdifferent organs of subcaneously infected chickens the organism had been reisolated from internal organs from the lat day after infection to the 7th day especially from the spleen: .• F.’J.6cal swabs revealed negative results at to l~ week after infectionFurazolidone has a suppressive effect on the reisolationrate during early administration.Agglutinins could be detected in the eXamined- sera as early as the 3U day after infection on using tube agglu-tination aganist antigens prepaT~d from Full and minus vari- ant strains of sa1..ga1.1.~naru.m pu1.1.arum amat; i weeks after infection using the slide rapid serum agglutin-ation test using stined antigen.
