In the present study, five species of fishes (Epin~.I~halus ~C!.§., Morone labrax, Mul..l..!.Ls barabatus,Mugilc e ph a Lus and Tilapiaz t Ll i ) , collected from the Mediterranean sea at Port Said area had been investiga- ted for entric helminth para;ites. The present study revealed that fishes appeared tobe infested by twinty species of worms which had been calrified as twelve trematodes: Opecoelusadelongatus,Telorhynchusarripidis,Erilepturus lemeriensis, Erilepturus teigsi, Lecithoch- irium neopacificum, Lecithochirium’exodicum, Podocotyleatomon, Podocotyle parupenei, Laruea caudata, Haplospl- anchnuspachysomus, Ptychogonimus megastomus and Apocre-adium longisinosum. The. obtainedcestode was only immature worm of Hunt er-et.ta nodulosa.The detected nematodes were: Capillaria sp., Procamallanus laeviconchus,Contrac-acum sp. and Proleptus anabentis.The obtainted acanthocephala:Acanthosentistilapiae and Pallisentis s p ,
