Biochemical Analysis of some constituents in blood of buffaloes during pregnancy

The present investigation was planned to study some biochemical analysis in the blood of apparently heal thypregnant buffaloes at various stages of pregnancy inclu- ding 2nd, 3rd trimesters and at 15 d-a-ys prepartum.Moreover these biochemical alterations were studied after 15 days of parturition. The animals were at the faculty of Veterinary medicine farm, Suez Canal University, Ismailia. Theseanimals were subjected to rectal palpation to confirm the stages of pregnancy according to the method ofMorrow (1988). Blood samples were collected from all animals before pregnancy and served as control, and after pre- gnant blood samples were collected from the animals after pregnancy and served as experiment and compared with the sample whichcollected frand after partu~ition and kept to clot
