Incidence of Coagulase Positive Staphylococcus Aureus in Milk and Some Dairy Products

Two hundred and fifty samples of raw milk, cream, ice- cream, laban raieb and laban khud (50 of each) were col le- cted from different localities in Cairo and Giza Governor-ates for enumeration and isolation of staphylococci Staphylococcus aureusthermonuclease production andsensitivity of coagulase positive strains to some chemo-theraputic drugs.1- Isolation and enumeration of, staphylococci.
