Summary:-The pharmacological effects of amprolium HCL andneomycin sulphate were studied on some isolated preparations(intestinal smooth muscle, oviduct, heart, rat diaphragmnerve, gastrocnemius muscle, rectus abdominusStudies were also carried on intact animals.Effects on the intestinal smooth musclesAmp r o l ium HCL in the theraputic concentration t20U”’9/ml.) produced an inhibitory effect on the isolated cki-cken ileum.
