Comparison of toxic products of fusarium species from different provinces in Egypt

Abstract:
from these samples, fourty were subjected for surface sterilization. For isolatiun of fungi, sterilized andnon sterilized grain samples were cultured on Czapek’s medium.It was found that genus Aspergillus was the most abu-ndant fungus isolated representing (50.6%), sequently Mucor(12.5%), Yeast(11.9%), Rhizopus (11.3%), Fusarium (8.3%),Penicillium(4.2%), and Clidosporium (1.2%).In case of surface sterilized grains, certain generaof fungi were isolated from inside the grains as Aspergillus(27.9%), Trichoderma(20.9%), Yeast (18.6%) Penicillium(16.3%), Fusarium (7.3%), and Mucor (4.7%). Concerning the incidence of Fusarium species, 19 isolates of Fusarium belonging to 7 species and 2 varities were isolated, these are F. moniliforme,F .sol antabacinum , epistromum,F.decemcellulare,~.fusarioidesand F. sporotrichioides.
