Effect of Some Available Disinfectants of Clostridium Welchii Isolated from Egyptian Soil

The present work was initiated for the following purposes: 1- To study the incidence and distribution of different types of clostridium welchii (A.B and D) in the soil of the different localities of egypt.2- To test the efficiency of some commonly used disinfectants against CI. welchii found in artificially contaminated soil samples.PartI :For the first purpose, atotal of 465 soil samples, collected from 13 loclities, were examined.these localities were carefully selected to represent the different types of soil in our country. each sample was subjected to both physical and microbiological
