Abstract:
The stomach of Camelus~edar:iusconsists ofth.re.e ’cOIUpa:rtmenta a.c.king one compartment (omasum), if it is compared with the advanced ruminant (pecors).The mucosa of the third compartment was studiedmacroscopi and microscopic anatomioally as also histochemical~y. It was found that this oompartmentcan be divided accoz-df.ng to the external and internal appear-anc e 1nto an initial dilated part, amiddle long narrow part and a terminal dilat.ed part. The mucosa in the first two parts have simpleanimals duringAs th e bladder get ruptured, all animals contracteda water belly, ammoniaeal adour could be detected f’romthe mouth in most animals, together with cough & bilateralnasal, d i acb ange and diarrhoea wi tb bloody muo o us , Slightdecrease in body temperature with accelerated pulse andHurried respiration were uso noticed.Inability to feel th e distended bladder was a signto detect its rupture, Also, The high content of B.U.N •Tbrough analysis of the abdominocentesis samples,
