Abstract:
Egypt is one of the developing countries where protein malnutrition remains the major problem of nutrition. The trials applied today are directed to find low cost. high protein foods. One of the main important food~ of high protein low cost is Cow’s or bumilk. This study is carried out to investigate the Biochemieal changes of some blood serum constituents of buffaloe-calves reared on natural milk and milk replacers. 40 buffaloe - cqlvest with age ranged from20 - 90 days were the m:tt~ri,:.l (;f study.
