Abstract:
The consumption of animal proteins in the Republic Arab of Egypt is low. ~ggs occur often in the dietary oflow income groups. A study has beeR undertaken with the object ofinvestigating, the nutritive substances of three varietie s proteins, fats? carbohydrates, ash, totalcholesterol, phospholipids, Neutral fat, moisture, total solids and the microelements (Ou, Fe & Mn).~;Vith the aim of determining the effect of breed onsuch nutrient substances in the eggs, 50 eggs, each of three different localized hen breeds Dokki 4 (PlYmouth X Fayoumi)~ Ma crouh (Dokki 4 X white Leghorn), and pureRhod.e I.sl.and.
