The Susosptibility of 61 merino sheep were determined by agar- gel diffusion test, and was oonfirmed byserum neutralization test againsti all the 16 anti- genio bluetongue virus types.2- Thirty-six sheep were vaccinated with different dilutions of polyvalent bluetongue vaooine lot A,and showod no post vaoc ina 1 reaot ions.
