Sampling was done every two weeks from morning milk.Collected samples were subjected to bacteriolgical examination, as well as keeping quality tests (aciditypercentage and dye reduction tests).’I’he results of bacteriological examination revealed that, t he total colony count/ml. ranged from 1.2 x 105to 8.1 x 107, w i t h a mean value of (’8 x 105 + 14 x 105•The t her modur i.c count/ml. varied from 3.1 x 102 to9.1 x 105 with a mean value of 114 x IcY +19 x IcY.
