1- Two buffaloes were experimentally infected with Brucella abortus biotype 3 and subjected to serological and bacteriological studies.Serological tests were applied at different intervals and results indicated that Coomb’s test has a higher sensitivity in detection of early infection, while Coombs and C.F.T. are equally sensitive in detection of later infection. Tube agglutination and RSerological studies of the artificially infected sheep at different intervals revealed that Coombs test is more sensitive in detection of early infection, C.F.T. is highly sensitive in later infection, while tube agglutination and Rose Bengal tests were n6631- Faecal samples collected from 30 calves withdiarrhea from different localities were subjected to viral isolation.2-Isolation carried out on the embryonic bovine kidney.cell cultures resulted in the recovery •of 7 viral agent. 3- Susceptibility of these viral ap;ents to the cell line tissue culture
