Abstract:
The intracerebral route of inoculation provoked in 4 we e ks the least HI ti ters in comparison with other route of vaccination. The highest protective effec (60%) a~~orded by lIe inocul-ation was remarked ~or the subgroups challenged by r/M route ~hile other routes showed the least pr-o t ec t Lon (30% and 20%) for the I/n andoral challenges respectively.2- The combined routes of vaccination particularly (I/e inoculation + aerosol) and (aerosol + Oral)approximately provoked a higher protection rate as well as higher HI response then those vaccinated by a single route (I/M, oral, aerosoland r/e inoculation). 3- The aerosol vaccination method resulted in higher~fI titer in comparison with oral vaccinetion. The homologus challenge routes provided higher protection rete (100% for aerosol vaccinationand r/N chal]enge and 90% for oral vaccinetion and oral challenge • To the contrary heterologus .
