Abstract:
Due to the importance of equine in Egypt special attention to their health is payed. One of the most prevalentproducing agents among them in B.equi.the important tool for its control and prevention application of antibabesial drugs. Therefore thiswork was carried out to investigate the fate of B.egui infection after the application of Imizol (Imidocarb Dipro-pionate) and Berenil (Diminazene diaceturate) in treatmentmd elimination of that parasite in latently and inducedacute course of the disease in donkeys. As well as the effect drugs on the morphological status of the parasitethe various stages of the study. It encluded also the sero-diagnostic tests by applying the PHAT, illPT, ELISA and the cellulose acetate elect~ophoretic tests, as well as the blood parameters. The estimation of the total protein, cholesterol, urea , uric A group of 19 donkeys , 2-4 years old of both sexes were with two successive doses of Rintal (Bayer) two weekswere chosen for the experimental work.
