Abstract:
Due to rapid inc~ease in industrial and agricultural activities, people are increasingly being exposed to environmental health hazards from a large number of chemicals in their workplaces and dwellings and in the general environment and food. Many health Methodology is of great importance in dealing with these two types of residues where the combination between the biological and chemical method improve the possibility of detecting antimicrobial residues, while the use of the atomic absorption spectrometedetection of the antibiotic residues in experimentally - injected chickensby oxytetracycline and benzylpenicillin using the bioassay methods. Also investigation the incidence antimicrobial residues in differentimported and native animal products sold in Domiatte Governoratcusing the bioassay methods. Moreover estimation the benzylepenicillinresidues in the kidney of energency slaughtered animals and in nativeand imported animal products (kidney and muscle) using the highperformance liquid chromatography technique . (b) The sulphonamideresidues in different animal products using the spectrophotometrictechnqiue, (c) The heavy metals (Cadmium, lead and mercury) residues
