Abstract:
I. Immunogenic killed vaccine against African horsesickness can beprepared from a neurotropic vaccine strain of virus type 3, grownin MS cell line. Virus was inactivated with hydroxylamine in afinal concentration of 0.01 M at 37°C. In order to enhance theisolated from 19 (38%). These were C.albicans14 (28%)~ C.krusei2(4%)~ C.stellatoidea,2 (4%), and C.tropicalis1 (2%).from 50 non-pregnant women 7 Candida specieswere isolated. These wereC.albicans, 6 (12%),’C.krusei 1 (2%).b. Candida albicans 29 (29%) and C.stellatoidea(1%), were isolated from 100 sputum samplescollected from man complaining from broncho-pulmonary disorders.c.
