Studies on tllapia nilotica & mugil cephalus

Summary:- Fifty Specimone of each of tilapia nilotica and mugil cephalus were collected from both giza and cairo fish markets for determination of moisture, protein, fat and ash contents.The average moisture content in tilapia and mugil muscles was 78.64 +_ 1.16 and 73.99+_ 0.79%respectively.
